... I actually put Cluster Bombs on my Dual MonCal Fleet I was going to run next weekend at the League Days.
But I can't include Point Defense Reroute.
No Upgrade Slot.

So, the challenge is - can I win a tournament with 10 point mulligan? it's not really interesting or challenging enough to be fair.
Don't forget a crutch can be a dangerous weapon in the right hands. First you lure your foe in appearing as though you are weak. When they get close Bruce Lee them with your crutch.
