I have this list in mind for when the upsilon shuttle comes out and hoping its dial is better then the lambda (in next to any way) as well as assuming FFG keeps to their formula of a 6 pt different between the highest PS ship and lowest PS ship. Heck even if the upsilon has the same dial as the lambda I might run this list just for giggles.

The Father

Vader in Tie Adv. + TIE/x1 + ATC +engine upgrade + adaptibility

The Son

Starkiller pilot in Upsilon shuttle + kylo ren +4 pts to play with (if the dial is bad might add engine upgrade, if the dial is good IDK yet)

the Holy ghost

OGP Lambda shuttle + Palp

Palp helps keep Vader alive, Kylo ren gives vader's ATC punch through with ISYTDS and another action on other turns, and the upsilon ship is a 4 dice beef stick (dial permitting). Just gotta see more of the upsilon to figure out what to put onto it since there are two tech upgrades not yet revealed

Edit: With the reveal of the point cost for stuff had to change how many left over points for starkiller base pilot + kylo ren crew cost.

Well the point of it was to run ren vader and palp. Putting palp on upsilon is kinda counter productive because the upsilon is going to try to stay range 2 of vader for coords and 4 dice primary with mods is pretty strong. It would make the upsilon an even bigger target to focus down. I'm just crossing my finger and hoping that the dial is decent

Kylo Pilot + 3 points of upgrades > Oopsie with Kylo crew + 6 points of upgrades. Kylo Pilot doesn't cost an action to use..

Vader with ATC always gets a crit with a TL on a target. Vader crew card does a crit AFTER an attack and will not activate kylo ren because that is not a crit damage during an attack. Aside from palp there is no other way to always generate a crit

IDK kylo pilot requires to be shot at to use. With vader in his tie advance he is more than likely going to be shot at first. Why do you say pilot +3 pts is better?

Because he doesn't cost an action to use, as noted in my post. Also because he messes with targetting priority, which is always good. You run him out in front, aggressively, with Vader in the middle and palp bringing up the rear. He's super scary but people don't want to shoot him because of the condition and ATC and Palp.

He doesn't take an action to use yes but you don't get to pick who it goes on. Tie adv vader has a big of a stigma for high priority, another down side is that because vader is ps 9 even if ren gets shot at before vader, vader most likely has already shot. If you use the crew card you get to pick who you want to focus and vader will be able to get his auto crit that same turn.

Depending on the dial it might be a good idea to run kylo after all.

is a good idea but at the same time counter productive because that would just make ren's shuttle even LESS of a target to shoot at first. If only imperials had their own biggs.
