New toys are on the boat

Slave Leia no longer exists according to Disney. Don't get your hopes up.

(personally, I view her as never having been a slave... she voluntarily stayed there in order to be part of Luke's master plan... and she had a closet-full of slave-wear to choose from and SHE picked the bikini... knowing it would distract the guards... it depends on your point of view.)

Yup I wouldn't expect that we will see slave Leia or the slave girl outfit so much, at least in terms of products for sale since it really isn't politically correct/sexually objectifies women and such. Or at least I think that was the reason back when they had that whole story about a dad freaking out about slave leia when he was showing Return of the Jedi to his daughter.

I suspect that if there were to be a slave leia/huttslayer leia miniature it will have to be from shapeways or a custom miniature.

Man, and Carrie Fisher's response to him was Gold too...

Well the light saber wielding police force of the galaxy were totally okay with slave Shmi.

Call me crazy but I'd much rather have Leia as Boushh and the ability to play her as Rebel or Merc.

Give me generic Class dudes or other non-Cannon Unsung Heroes. I'm kinda over the old crew...bring in fresh stories that become tomorrows memories to fawn over 20 years from now.

That being said, I could care less for Rebels related content. The disdain lots feel towards the sequels is probably how I feel towards Rebels content. I personally like the prequels for what they are/were: A Documentary/History Lesson made to movie. I can look past the acting or lack of Plot, that I'd like to remind you was ALREADY KNOWN by us. Its kinda hard to be Wow'd. already knowing main characters aren't in real danger.

Anyway, YES to more generic 'Dudes', NO to more variations of the same hero. I am also not adverse to seeing more poses and/or mixed sexes in multimodel groups in the future. Jynn Odan makes for a sweet stand in for Alliance Smuggler btw.

Carrie Fisher is quoted as having said both that she "had to" wear it,

There are pictures that have emerged of her and her stunt double proudly sunning themselves in the desert sun in their bikinis.

To a certain degree. I still want to be able to use the original core guys in skirmish without it putting me at a disadvantage. Chewie and Han should be playable and be competitive in Skirmish. So until they fix them or give us a version that does, I'm okay with rehashing these certain figures that need it.

A history lesson that lacks plot? That's not a history lesson.

The prequels were made for Lucas' kids. They are children's shows gone horribly wrong with trade federation nonsense, bad characters, poor storytelling, massive plot holes and far too much attention to little children with slap stick droids, acrobat Yoda, Anakin accidentally blowing up things, Jar Jar binks etc. He specifically made the movie for under 12s, but then stuck it with a story no one of any age wanted.

Remember, this guy corrupted Steven Speilberg and gave us Crystal Skull...

Prequels over Rebels all day for me. So now that we covered where each other stands...give me more Generic Class dudes...without helicopter lightsabers of course.

Surely nobody has managed to enjoy something they were forced to do. Come on, now.

while i'm not a fan of the rebels series (too childish for my take) i'd kill to get my hands on Ahsoka Tano, (yes i know she was born of clone wars, but she was also a child at that point)

my wife might actually finally play skirmish if she's released.
