I've had the tab up with the MM x-wing sale for a couple days now, and I can't seem to decide what if any ships to buy. I've been looking at the Mist Hunter because I like the look of it, and possibly the new core set. But i'm wondering if either of those are worth buying. any help would be greatly appreciated.

misthunter does have two of the best crew in the game

1 point each for giving green dice the finger is such an easy price to pay

The Force Awakens core set and a TIE/fo expansion probably isn't a bad way to go if you mostly play Imperial.

Mist Hunter comes with some nice upgrade cards, but if you don't play competitively there's no reason that you couldn't just proxy those. It's not a bad ship to play with and might let you put together a scum squad. If you like the looks of the ship, go for it.

Mist Hunter is a really good buy, and Zuckuss (pilot) will be a little more viable with the common Uboat build being dead.

With a Staviper, Khiraxz, and Mist Hunter you should be able to put together a few fun squads for casual play (especially if you proxy cards you don't have).

Mist Hunter looks fun; tractor beams, crew space, 8 hp, 3 attack - all you could want.
