Hi everyone,
I recently got into X-Wing with my brother and friend group, and have really been enjoying playing games and trying out new list builds. Unfortunately my brother and most of the friends group live Upstate or in NJ and it's difficult for me to make it out there often. I'm hoping to meet some people in New York City who play so we can get together for some casual games.
My girlfriend works at the Empire State Building which is conveniently across the street from The Compleat Strategist, a really nice gaming store. I often come visit her for lunch on Fridays and it would be awesome to be able to catch a game or two at the Strategist afterwards if anyone happens to be free Friday afternoons.
Otherwise I have Fridays and Saturdays off and would be willing to travel a bit to meet up with someone in the city any time on those days. I'm also a Warhammer 40K player so if anyone wants to catch a 40K game as well I'd be down to bring some.
