No because you can't shoot a ship you're touching.

Because Rebels have been in an exceedingly bad place lately. The U-boat fix goes a long way to bring them back to the meta, but they still needed a few new toys. Also, do not forget that a lot of the "fixes" are not "rebel only", i.e. Snap shot, Trick shot, Hotshot co-pilot, all the tech.
I actually think several cards included in that expansion are specifically great against the very same pilots included in it. For example, Hotshot Copilot basically ruins Poe's ability.
2 x Trickshot: EPT. If your attack is blocked, you can roll and extra attack die.
2 x Snap Shot:EPT. If an enemy ends a maneuver in arc at range 1 of you, you can perform a secondary 2 dice attack immediately. Only once per activation phase.
2 x Burst SLAM: Illicit. Lets you perform an SLAM maneuver, then discards the card.
2 x Integrated Astromech: Mod for X-wing.
2 x Pattern Analizer: Tech. You may perform your activation action before getting stress from a red maneuver. Basically.
1 x Primed thrusters: Tech. You can perform barrel roll and boost even when you are stressed.
1 x Smuggling compartments: Mod for YT freighters. You can equip another 3 or less Mod and an Illicit.
1 x Hotshot Copilot: Crew. When attacking or defending, if the enemy has a focus token, they must spend it during the attack.
1 x M9-G8: Astromech. Ships you have targeted must reroll one of their attack dice of your choice, if you want. You can target even your allies now.
1 x Rey: Crew. Instead of discarding unused focus tokens, you move one at the end phase to this card. You can move one token from this card to the pilot's card at the beginning of the combat phase. Basically, Moldy Crow title for ships with crew.
1 x Finn: Crew. Add a blank result when attacking or defending against an enemy in your arc.
1 x Millenium Falcon. Title for YT-1300. After doing a 3 bank, you can get a stress and rotate the ship 180 degrees.
1 x Black One. Title for T70 X-wing. When doing boosts or barrel rolls, you can remove red target lock tokens from 1 friendly ship at range 1 of you. Only for PS 7+ pilots.
