Right know I have the old and new core two if 2000 the slave and falcon e wing phantom straviper tie do expansion and imperial aces. I have 60 more dialled to make a viable list thanks

Well if you have 2 IG2000 plus the Autothrusters from the Starvyper then that is a pretty viable list Scum right there.

You have plenty of Tie fighters as well as Interceptor from Imperial Aces. Tie Swarm is definitely still a thing.

A tooled up Han Solo plus Corran Horn with R2-D2 is not a bad rebel list.

It really depends on what you want. You probably have a couple of viable lists for each faction with the ships you have. Maybe not tournament competitive but certainly not bad. Maybe Give us a bit more guidance on what you are looking for.

Most Wanted would certainly give you some good tools to bulk out your Scum faction if you don't have it already.
