I completely agree, they for sure stack based on the rules as written. Now why anyone would pay points for more than one BCC is beyond me, but I could see wanting multiple TSes.
2 BCC is great in my new 8 bomber list. I can spread out over a large portion of the board for 1 reroll, or focus in one area for double. With Toryn I'm getting 3 rerolls on my B-Wings, that are double tapping thanks to Yavaris.

I took an Xwing heavy list to a tournament last weekend and got my face kicked in. I felt a distinct shortage of BCCs with xwings. One was pretty good, but I'm an ace at rolling blanks in a row so 2 BCCs would have upped my average damage considerably.

Apparently they all just found out about the stacking BCC email this last week.
Yeah it kinda pointed out who had and had not been reading the forums :-)
