The New Order should have been called the Resistance. Like in FTL.
I am now going to binge-watch this entire series.

On TFA era faction names, I think they are fine and have been justified the way they are. Bloodlines especially I found helpful for understanding why the guys funded etc by the legitimate galactic government are called 'The Resistance' and why that relationship is unofficial.
You see you're quite right and that's not in dispute;
the problem I had was that when in the booth,
at the theater I could not make out the reason,
that rebels were rebels still and imperial treason,
was possible in a galaxy that was last related,
as freed of spell-slinging black-robed dictators,
and safe in the hands of a reborn republic,
that from what I could tell was one planet or less,
which then got blown up in a horrible mess,
along with its moons and nobody cared,
past a slight pause or gasp and a couple of stares,
and then on with their rebel-fight blast-happy business,
yet then be distraught when one forested isthmus,
with a castle got wrecked,
by plaino mundaneo imperial tech.
And the movie does not explain all of these actions;
for all of my watching I just got a fraction.
To be told later on the lore I longed after,
was not in the movie but instead in the rafters,
of a dusty bookshop a mile away,
did little at all to assist in dissuading,
the disappointment if felt for the film at the time,
and I hope that this rhyme,
will help you to see that it's merely a question,
of placing all relevant lore in one session.
The New Order is the new joke, just like everything Hollywood regurgitates.

I still like the Rebels though, in spite of the revelation. Half the species want to eat/squash/cheat you, and the nice half consist of living computers and batteries anyway so why not let the rebels win?

This was my favorite episode.
I liked the Ground combat scene in the Federation Mantis War. Their interpretation of FTL lore is impressive, I now want a FTL Ground combat game.
Perhaps a Mod of their new game Into the Breach could be made making the Federation vs Mantis in a turn based tactics game with Federation and mantis Units.
Although it looks like they tried to make a quick digital version of the now defunct Monster Apocalypse.

Subset business strategy has always been light on marketing and making something real simple but really well. They tend to get through Kickstarter and word of mouth as their best publicity and exposure, and also live rather lean in development hence their move to China where it doesn't cost $15,000 a month for housing and office space.

lol, I've been having some fun on the Lainus Tybe B cruiser with the mind control and teleporter. All I had to do was buy sensors and up them to level 2 and I have been pulling crew from their ship. Since it is lainus I just keep most of the ship vented from oxygen and watch them suffocate on board as they go to the O2 room first for some reason.
It's funny. Especially in the first couple of sectors when there is only 3 crew on the ship.
Into the Breach looks very Advance Wars to me which is not a bad thing.
Talk about frustration, my steam client just had some serious updating issues and now the client wont let me log in. 
and of course I can't get any support because valve believes in not doing anything,

Not if corp has anything to say. Well if I have some time on Friday I might see about trying some mods maybe even do a little myself. Any program I should take? C+ visual?
