Quickdraw/Chiraneau List Advice

By Zura, in X-Wing Squad Lists

So, preparing for some casual matches, I made the following list:

Chireneau (46)

Ruthlessness (3)

Engine Upgrade (4)

Mara Jade (3)

Rebel Captive (3)

Ysane Isard (4)

Hard-hitting ship with high stressing potential. Ruthlessness provides much-needed aoe as i often run into my friend playing a z-95+xizor swarm.

Quickdraw (29)

Lone Wolf (2)

Advanced Sensors (3)

Sensor Cluster (2)

Title (0)

Advanced sensors are there to mitigate the amount of red maneuvers on Quickdraw dial and just focus on getting into the right place at the right time. Lone wolf is essential with two ships, and this guy makes a huge use of it, as he gets to throw the dice really often.

What are your thoughts? What are the list's weaknesses? What would you change?

I think the list is okay if you're just playing with friends. However, I don't like Quickdraw in a 2 ship list. He is not an end-game threat and you'd be better off with any other imperial ace in his place in the event that your decimator is destroyed...

Quickdraw has no way to trigger his ability. I'd downgrade to Backdraft, as I don't think the high PS is as necessary with dual arcs.

I don't love Lone Wolf in two ship lists, but that's personal preference. I MUCH prefer PtL on the TIE/SF, simply so you have the opportunity to MAYBE have mods on both shots (assuming you ever get more than one).

Advanced Sensors and PtL also makes this somewhat slow ship much more nimble, too. I don't know if it'd ever be useful, but, under the new FAQ, you could dial in a K-Turn, then Advance Sensor to trigger your actions -- if the enemy went somewhere the K turn doesn't help, you could PtL on the Sensor action, causing you to be stressed, turning your K turn into a white 2 straight.

Edit: I do agree with Blade, though. The SF is really not the ship you want to run in a two ship list. Lone Wolf or not, these things to NOT have staying power.

Edit Edit: Now I'm going to see what other ships we can abuse the new Red-Maneuver-While-Stressed rule with...

Yeah I was just going to say, though I understand why they made the change to stressed red maneuver reveals that does seem kind of ripe for abuse...
