No, because Asajj is not in range one of the defenders arc.

If a measurement mentions arc, then only the range in arc normally matters. The closest point measurement doesn't matter in this case.

The whole 180. It's glorious. Popped a Z-95 with a single shot the other night... Five hits down; no evades rolled.

It's also pretty powerful on Boba with Autoblaster turret. If you roll well (or make use of his R1 rerolls) you can drop 4 unstoppable hits.

Correct. The only range restriction on Fearlessness is in the defender's arc. It doesn't matter what range attack is actually being made by the attacker. The attack could actually be made out of arc and still benefit from Fearlessness as long as the defender is in the attacker's arc.
