Turns out there are some amazing places for this card... who doesn't like adding a hit? "Ships that explode". So where is it gooood? - I started with ships that don't explode - that turned out well.
Fearlessly using fearlessness
- fire sprays.
They get two arcs to trigger fearlessness. They have the hit points to get into the fray.
Kath scarlet + fearlessness +tail gunner + inertial dampeners. - feel free to add on ion bombs, ion projectors, and other tricks. - this is a lot of firepower, but you must master positioning and movement with rear arc.
Fearless Boba - adds range 1 rerolls and higher pilot skill. Lots of possible untested combinations here. These ships like dampeners for rear arc and range 1 front use. Without much addition they can stay relatively cheap.

The hounds toothaches also have extra arc space, a stop move and the Hp to trigger fearlessness enough times to make it worthwhile - while keeping costs low for the chassis.
But for the points Bossk Mangler can fairly easily deal a lot of damage.

While the platform is more fragile, its named pilots have the ability to leverage fearlessness well - and have a highly mobile chassis - something the larger ships don't like.
Xizor can pawn off damage while putting himself in the kill box
Guri gains a defensive focus at range 1 - and can use sensor jammer to either survive longer or pump out extra damage.

A ship that quickly explodes, but is cheap enough and lower target priority. Fearlessness gives them further fangs with kaato leeachos being the star here. Able to gain devastating range 1 shots (TL + focus) with no extra cards. That's 16 points of ship doing 3-4 hits at range 1 - and ignored for the bigger threats in the rest of the list.
