Fear Fearlessness less

Turns out there are some amazing places for this card... who doesn't like adding a hit? "Ships that explode". So where is it gooood? - I started with ships that don't explode - that turned out well.

Fearlessly using fearlessness

- fire sprays.

They get two arcs to trigger fearlessness. They have the hit points to get into the fray.

Kath scarlet + fearlessness +tail gunner + inertial dampeners. - feel free to add on ion bombs, ion projectors, and other tricks. - this is a lot of firepower, but you must master positioning and movement with rear arc.

Fearless Boba - adds range 1 rerolls and higher pilot skill. Lots of possible untested combinations here. These ships like dampeners for rear arc and range 1 front use. Without much addition they can stay relatively cheap.

The hounds toothaches also have extra arc space, a stop move and the Hp to trigger fearlessness enough times to make it worthwhile - while keeping costs low for the chassis.

But for the points Bossk Mangler can fairly easily deal a lot of damage.

While the platform is more fragile, its named pilots have the ability to leverage fearlessness well - and have a highly mobile chassis - something the larger ships don't like.

Xizor can pawn off damage while putting himself in the kill box

Guri gains a defensive focus at range 1 - and can use sensor jammer to either survive longer or pump out extra damage.

A ship that quickly explodes, but is cheap enough and lower target priority. Fearlessness gives them further fangs with kaato leeachos being the star here. Able to gain devastating range 1 shots (TL + focus) with no extra cards. That's 16 points of ship doing 3-4 hits at range 1 - and ignored for the bigger threats in the rest of the list.

Fearlessness is a great card, no doubt! I still feel like people see it coming a mile away though... I tried it yesterday, and I only got to use it once...

Getting that Fenn Rau, Range 1 shot off with Advanced Proton Torpedos, Guidance Chips, Focused is hella tough but 6 dice with an automatic Hit and Crit added makes the reward oh so sweet.

You know, I've never used Hound's Tooth before, don't feel the extra Z-95 helps much. Most of the time I fly the YV-666 it's a party up there.

Worked like a charm. Fett could tank really well with manaroo staying off to the side until Fett got into that nice sweet spot. Shed basically come in and take out a weakened ship or hit something else. Fett at range 1 is tough to hit. Using his action to evade, and manaroo focuses. I'm considering giving him apt just for fun, and that rear arc with fearlessness seems to catch people off guard at times. One of the better ships imo to use fearlessness. Personally im not a fan of Kath, while her butt shot hurts, Especially with tailgunner, I don't like flying away from the fight, which I find with Kath you tend to do easily. Her ability requires you to fly away, because only a noob would chase her. I also find Kath doesn't have that survivability that Fett does at range one, plus it's Fett man

Personally im not a fan of Kath, while her butt shot hurts, Especially with tailgunner, I don't like flying away from the fight, which I find with Kath you tend to do easily. Her ability requires you to fly away, because only a noob would chase her.

Have you tried to jousting K turn in front of the enemy? You force him to change direction, or chase you (but it will be in your favour).

Haha the people I play with don't fall for that. Tried it and they are very good players. I find that works if someone doesn't really know how to deal with it. People tend to know not to joust Kath, and instead try to use the asteroid to their advantage and if they see it coming, they block.

Well is your challege to keep them in front of you. But yeah, I understood what you mean

No - I just haven't had time to try them yet, with the new FAQ change I think it's probably an option, but I am worried about how quickly that 25 points would die.

I really want to try Fearless Autoblaster Bros. Probably C and D since missing with the cannon is... not an issue...

The thing with Autoblaster is that it works well vs Aces, but you need a PS9-10 to (almost try to) catch theme. Mmm...

He's a z95 that can take it, so he is implied, but fearless ndru is a much higher priority target than fearless kaato.
