This is my take on point of the video: When Han asked Ren to come home with him, he almost did it. Unfortunately to Han, Snokes power over Ren, and Ren's inability to accept that Snoke is playing with him, lead to what happened.

Also, in Star wars when two characters meet at a bridge without railings, at least one of them is going to have a hard time.
