I believe the answer is no. The CR90 does not have access to the upgrade slots to make that ship customization a possibility.
Well, if you assume that a squadron figure represents an entire squadron, then the standard CR90 plus one X-wing squadron equals Wraith Squardon (yeah, not with the mixed TIEs, but you can put a TIE on your X-wing tree for looks).
CR90A, Flight Commander, Fighter Coordination Team, season to taste + X-Wing.
