EDIT: The launch party for Limited Figures has been CANCELED. Apparently FFG didn't make enough kits. Table Top did confirm that they are getting a kit.

USA - St. Louis, MO none

I called 4 stores (from 2 local chains of 10+ combined) and 1 independent. One told me to call back at the beginning of the month, but that makes me think no OP kits.

It's a shame FFG doesn't post a store list of places who buy OP kits or provide a search mechanism like WOTC locator does. They seem to for State/Regional Championships.

Thanks everyone for the updates.

Surprising that none of the stores in St. Louis are running a launch party. You can visit us in Kansas City on Nov. 19th if you're willing to make the drive.

Dangit, why is Tennessee so seemingly devoid of an FFG fanbase? It's not like we don't have three whole cities with more than 150K people. *sigh*

Well, we have a great X-wing community here in Knoxville. But this is still a new game. Hoping it catches on here as it looks to be a fun game.

Hey folks! Thought it might be useful to have a single list/thread of stores/towns that are holding SW:D "Launch Parties". I have asked the admins if they would "pin"' this thread, and they have agreed!

If you are willing, please make a post below if you know of a location which has been selected to host an event. Provide whatever details you can. I'll go back and update this list as I catch new entries in other forums/websites/etc.

They are charging $19.99 for this event (which is open-play after receiving the the included 'starter deck') The info states there will be promotional items available!!

I was hoping for a free event where I can buy 2 starters and 3-5 boosters and have a chance at some deck boxes, promo cards, etc. (And of course hang out and learn/play the game afterwards) For some reason, this is how I understood the announcement from FFG. Maybe the event kits were changed and different launch party gear was released.

You all may want to have your game shops call their distributor to verify that they are getting a launch kit. My store in Kansas City was signed up right from the start, but found out they are not getting one after all. It looks like FFG didn't anticipate Destiny's popularity or make enough kits, so only the largest stores are getting them.

Hmmm... Need to work on formatting - not seeming able to either directly insert a spreadsheet, or keep spreadsheet format. Got everything I could find here on FFG forums and on BGG. From there, will work on FB searches! Sorry again for the delay!

Please continue to post here, if you are so inclined, and I'll try to update the initial post (as well as try to fix the spreadsheet format) daily or so.
