How do the following interact?

so Hera allows you to rotate your dial on Green or Red to another one of the same difficulty,

Nien turns all straights Green (including the 1 straight ion move)

Would you be able to piggyback of a one straight ion to then change it to a 4 straight as they will both be green? i'm guessing no, and this has been answered before but my google fu is weak.

Thanks for clearing it up, i though it wouldn't work but my stuff is boxed up at home so couldnt access my reference cards (only been playing for less than a year and 6 months of that has mainly been HotAC)
