My girlfriend and I, decided to get into the game, we have the core rules and the scum and villainy expansion

Could someone suggest a balanced Millennium Falcon vs Slave 1 (scum or empire) battle? let us know what pieces we should get?

Scum Boba Fett is better than Imperial. Since you have Most Wanted try Boba Fett with Kavil and N'dru.

For Rebels try Han Solo with Poe Dameron.

The Rebel Aces and Imperial Veterans are both good ways to expand your collection. In terms of included upgrades and out-of-the-box playability consider these expansions: First Order TIE, K-wing, Protectorate Starfighter.
