It adds 1 attack die to obstructed shots.

In answer to the list: I don't think KeyanFarlander will work very well in that setup. It's too predictable: you're advertising to your opponent, "I'm going to do a red move or fly through debris." Anything with the ability to reposition after PS7 will kill him.

Farlander has no incentive to be predictable. Doing a white and actually taking his action gives the same benefit as a stress. So, combined with hera, he can put whatever maneuver he wants on his dial and ignore 1/2 of the obstacles on the table. Even landing on a debris field after a red just means he won't be barrel rolling for a while. Yeah it's going to have a helluva time against whisper, but so does everything else that's not a turret.
