I have searched the Web a bit, and read some of the NOVA open hunger Games rules. I know it is made up on the fly if you will. But has anyone attempted to standardize or document what works best for hunger Games type events. I think this would be great fun, but would love a good starting point. What ships are reasonably balanced with what PS? What upgrades are recommended? etc.
