This is what I have:
Hopefully not starting another string of "Fearlessness or PtL on Fenn" comments; I recommend you take Fearlessness on Fenn Rau, and change Kavil's astromech to a 1-pointer. That gives you enough points for Lone Wolf or Predator on Kavil, which will really boost his accuracy more than R4 Agro, which is better on Y-wings with BTL-A4.
Whatever you do, don't run the original damage deck. My poor turret went poof this afternoon

swap the thug for another z95 with bmst or feedback / lone wolf suhlak
run the z95's as close to fen as they can get without cramping him, while kavil uses all those tasty 3 greens + roll to drop 3 dice autoblasters on stuff
Not super competitive, but solid enough:
Fenn Rau w/ PTL, title, flechette torps & thrusters = 36
Kavil w/ Predator, TLT, unhinged & vectored thrusters = 36
Pirate w/ BMST = 13
Pirate w/ BMST = 13

Flechette torps are hardly necessary, but at least gives you something to slicer when Fenn is too far away or it would be ill-advised to dive into range 1...
I had a lot of fun with a Torkhil Mux / Kavil + predator combo for a while - because the look on your opponent face when their Ace becomes PS1 for the combat phase and gets blatted by Kavil before they can shoot is great.
What about:
Fenn Rau / fearlessness / title @ 30
Kavil / Dorsal turret / unhinged astromech / predator @ 31
Torkhil Mux with TLT and Zuckuss @ 26
Binayre Pirate with BMST @ 13
By the time everyone concentrates fire on a single ship punched down to PS1 by Torkhil, you will be smiling.
Of course, the return fire will hurt. A LOT!
