I've seen a lot of double arc builds with Biggs, or Moldy Crow, or tuketu k-wing. Are they meta competitive that it's worth owning two or just competitive enough for one? I'm debating whether or not to pick up a second one

It's very good, if he can get the first engagement where he wants it.

2 seems to be a good number of them, but you don't have to follow the herd.

I flew 3 for the first time yesterday and won. Granted it was a league game and not a whole tournament, but it was against one of the more competitive players in the area—he won the last tournament we were both in. Still, I'm pretty happy with the trio. I think two + Biggs is probably better than what I ran. Norra can hit like a freight train, especially with Shara by her side, but they are vulnerable and die quickly.

There probably isn't a reason to get 3 unless you plan on flying 3. The only card that's good for other ships is Vectored Thrusters.
