This prob THE most common Palp Defenders list in my local meta right now.

So it's working well ? Was tempted to buy imp vet and lambda

Apparently its working well. But what doesn't when you have Palpatine?

It's one of the most popular lists right now, but I don't love it. I feel it has a difficult time against Arc Dodgers, or Aces able to token stack. Or Dash, as he should be able to outmaneuver them, and probably wear them down over time.

I prefer to bring some insurance, usually in the form of Omega Leader, myself.

I flew it this weekend and owned.

It's so fun to fly and with the Countess/Lambda getting locks, Vessery's shots are always at least good. You can do some disgusting maneuvering with the Countess (if you can't get shots with her, you're a loss) and Palp just makes that evade token stick around until you really need it.

Expect to play against this a lot if you're into the competitive scene.

Did you run up against and Dash/VCX lists? It's one of my major struggles in general. I've found that my only real method to victory is to ignore the VCX as much as possible and be aggressive with Palp & OL vs Dash, which is still hit-or-miss, because OL isn't exactly bringing a ton of heat, it's just consistent, when in arc.

I'm not sure how I would run the double Defender list against Dash, other than actively splitting arc coverage to get at least one shot off... And no OL to kite the VCX when it becomes a problem.
