In a funny place with this where I feel like I've got a lot of upgrades on not many ships... but I need the upgrades to make this work...

I'd still take Superior Positions as the Bomber list objective extraordinaire. Minefields seems to produce too many draws and it can easily backfire where you fly over the mines. The only other concern is that having some dial insurance in the form of Leia on the Bright Hope would make a difference. You're missing out on Toryn then, but I've found from running a very similar Independence/Dodonna list that it is real easy to have your squadrons outside of Toryn range. Your other option is to give up Adar and put Toryn on the MC80.

Fair points. I like Toryn but I have seen some of what you're saying in my games. Those 3 missions should give opponents a problem with choosing one. I imagine I'll play Outpost all the time unless they have a corvette list:

Do not take precision strike in this list. The first time you come across someone with APTs, you'll instantly regret it. Most Wanted is a far superior choice. You can tag your objective ship as one of the flotillas and tag your opponent's big bad for a huge points swing (assuming both for, which almost always happens in Most Wanted). Unlike Precision Strike there is no downside.

Good point well made.

I'd agree if he were running ISDs or even an interdictor with other high hull ships. But the only high hull in this is the MC80 at 8. That is the only ship his opponent is likely to score multiple objective points on. It would certainly be better if he had more ships that could shoot, but all those bombers have really good scoring potential relative to the number of scoring opportunities he is presenting his opponent.

Most wanted is certainly a great choice in this and really any list with a flotilla. Almost a must. But I think precision strike works better because it is more likely to be chosen.

So I've played this list a fair few times now and I'm really liking how it works. My last tweak was to add even more manoeuvrability to my squadrons by replacing Leia with a second fighter coordination team on my command cruiser. I've yet to play this version though but I'm excited to see how all the extra movment helps me put my Fighter/Bomber damage in exactly the right spot.
