Found out why the resistiance pilot doesnt have an EPT...

Shoot me, you lose your focus. Then I shoot back, with opportunist.

Not only that, but kill my friends and I shoot, strip your focus, and use opportunist when it's my turn to shoot.

On a side note, why doesn't Zuckuss have the limitation that opportunist has, where it cannot be used if you are already stressed. I think for 1 point, it should have had this limitation.

I dont know how completely out of left field this is, but you made me think.... Dangerous I know, and I believe you are the first to mention it, FFG are making Opportunist a thing again. It was an expensive EPT that had too many caveats to work. But with Teroch, it could get some revival.

I guess you're right FGD, just thought maybe they are trying to bring it back again.No one would have thought 4 HWK's would win a major tournament, but it did I guess.

Wonder if trick shot works with dash crew, get one extra attack dice and remove thier bonus defence dice, but I think the wording on both makes that impossible.

You're right, wording on Dash Crew doesn't gel. Your shots cannot be obstructed.

Also,speaking of phantoms...the trick shot on echo is interesting...

If you can't move echo to put rocks in the way you should be checked for fever.

I'm actually pretty excited to have a cheap Phantom option that can still be fancy.

Echo with Trick Shot, Collision Detector and ACD gives you a tricky little 34-point mid-PS ace that can decloak through asteroids, shoot through them, and recloak to do it all over again next turn.

I'm actually pretty excited to have a cheap Phantom option that can still be fancy.

This would be difficult to pull off, as Echo still has to perform a standard move at some point post decloak.

I don't hate the idea of Collision Detector for the crazy decloaks, though.

Trick Shot + Rigged Cargo Shoot seems like some fun shenanigans.

Also, the round dish on the Resistance Sympathizer is interesting. It doesn't effect the game in the least, but it is nice that not all the art is of the new model.

Not as hard as you'd think. The 2-bank decloak makes it a lot easier, since you can safely asteroid hop and reorient with a 1-turn unless you're very far away from the asteroid to start. It would be a lot harder with the standard decloak, but Echo is perfect for this. Obviously you won't pull it off every turn, but you can definitely base your Echo strategy around it.

Beware of tractor beams though, collision detector only removes crits, doesn't it?

for the record, 11pts for +1 red die, +2 hull, and +1 shields is pretty dope.

Even if the ship 11pts under that is utter trash, thats quite a buff for 11pts.

In terms of upgrades, thats 10pts in durability alone. Meaning 1pt for an extra red die and PS3 so it dodges Predator benefits (anybody notice that just about everything dodges that?).

Im not sure if its good enough to be valuable yet. Lack of an EPT on that pricy of a ship kinda makes me leery, especially since the falcon kinda depends on Unique gimicks to do anything.

With all the new crew were getting though, it might be a solid support ship via the crew inside. Jyn comes to mind.

Still surprised this thing doesnt have a Sensor slot. Both because it HAS A GIANT RADAR DISH and it has a NEW giant radar dish lol. Crew can only do so much.

I'm not surprsed it doesnt have a System slot, since it is obvious they were trying to go for just aking the Falcon again with a few different pilot abilities, and fixing the Outer Rim Smuggler screw up with weaker stats than the other Falcon pilots.

Now on the subject of a system slot I'm kinda with you in that they could have released a mod that was YT130 only that gives a system slot to your ship. That depending on price with the Smuggling compartment could have been awesome!!!!

Still a bit dissapointed the "new" falcon does not have a tech-slot. Seems fitting all Ep.7 (and 7+) ships should have one.

They could even have made a "Compressor" tech (large ship only) one time use, eg boost for 0-1pt

It's the Falcon. The thing was old during the time of the Clone Wars, never mind Ep. 7. It absolutely does not deserve a tech slot, and I'm glad they didn't give it one. Illicit makes way more sense.
