Yes but as the Crit effect comes after the defence token is spent it only applies for subsequent volleys.

MS1 on a Raider-II is good if it fires first, then a tooled up ISD fires and rolls an accuracy.

MS1 in a tooled up ISD is ok but you would need to double arc and get a blue crit with the flak volley to really get the benefit.

I'd definitely put them on a CR90b to mess with a kitted ISD 2. Or anything with intel officer for that matter. Hmm....maybe a CR90b followed by a Liberty....

It's easier to just overload pulse a ship and hit it with avenger, then their ECMs are useless.
