I do like the idea of Attani Mindlink squads, and figure that getting a grip on them with medium-weight fighters might be fun. In this case, as long as a focus token gets passed around, one of the Aces can then big off a tracer shot (with guidance chips), which trades that focus for a target lock for all.

Theoretically, I could trade one Ace out for Palob Godahli with a Blaster Turret

I really really like Mindlink. I used it a ton when it was first spoiled and have had a lot of fun with it.

But lists I tried that did NOT work very well, were 3 and 4 ship builds where all of the ships had forward-arc only. Since you can only k-turn one at a time, you run into some serious positional difficulties....

So my suggestion is to run no more than two of those aces, and if you want other stuff that has mindlink in the list, make sure it has a turret!
