"Local Trouble" question

By fabiofotomoto, in Imperial Assault Skirmish

Hi

yesterday knifer i played this skirmish by Han Solo pack.

the scenario card say:

" End of each round: Move each thug 2 spaces towards the closest hostile figure..."

the question is:

1)if there are more than one hostile figure at same range in which direction the Thug go? i need to do a random selection?

2) if there is an hostile figure at only 1 space or adjacent to the thug at the end of the round, the thug still move 2 spaces or not?

3) the thug suffer condition when attacked?

thanks Fabio

1) The player with initiative chooses the order of mission rules, and also performs them, so their choice if there is more than one alternative.

2) Move the figure one space at a time, the other movement by a space does not need to be in the same direction.

3) The Thugs are figures, so they can gain conditions. However, only Weakened will have any effect (cancels a potential evade). Because the Thugs do not activate, by RAW they do not get to remove the conditions. (Although I suspect that it is intended that they could not gain conditions.)

(Stunned does not have an effect, because a mission rule is moving the Thugs. It would not be voluntarily exiting a space.

Bleeding does not have an effect, because the Thugs do not activate and thus do not perform actions.)

Hi

Thanks

A last clarification:

If the Thug start adiacent to an hostile figure, it ha sto Move or not?

Thanks

It is the closest figure, so the Thug moves towards it. I would move the Thug into the same space as the figure and then to any valid adjacent space (to a valid space to end movement).

Hi a1bert

thanks for the clarification

best regards Fabio
