What do you think is the best move between these 2 builds (meaning to play)? this would be for a friendly tournament of about 7-10.

Or strip VI on Poe and Wes and add Vectored Thrusters to Horton?

I was going to say the same - Horton could do with repositioning ability. But then, he can still do a hard turn left or right as required, so PS10 does help make Soontir/Inquisitor have to "guess" where your blind spot will be, and if he can force them to spend a focus token, well....that token ain't coming back at you.

You could swap out Veteran Instincts for Adaptability, but PS9 is a very important level (Soontir Fel, Dengar, Fenn Rau, Predator/Lone Wolf Vader) to jump.

If going for straight PS10, I say go with it. Miranda may have shield regeneration, but if she's the only ship opponents can maneuver-react to, she's the first target and hence gets ganged up on and shot first (and hence doesn't get to use shield regen).

Your big weakness will be to lower PS alpha strike lists - Jumpmaster 'U-Boats' or TIE Bomber 'Snipers' - who'll move first and sight you up with ordnance anyway. Yes, Wes can stop one of them firing, but the other two have a pretty good chance of turning him or Horton to dust bunnies, and there's almost no way you can kill one before it fires, especially if Wes splits fire from the squad.

U-Boats for some reason don't show up in my community (maybe due to the over saturation in the larger meta). Dengar is more prevalent. Tie bombers however do. Thank you for the thoughts.
