What EPT do you want to put on Rey?
I'm going to put Finn and Kanaan on her, and I was thinking of Elusiveness or Expert Handling as I'm clearing stress almost every turn. Not interested in PTL as I don't want Engine Upgrade.

Vet Instincts would be nice, or Adaptability for lower cost.
Daredevil!
Daredevil would be another good one if youre already doing the stress thing. 1hard into a 1hard...basically just rolled over and now face the other way lol
Yeah, Veteran Insticts so it's easier to know whether or not to flip around after an S-Loop. Also, since Rey's ability is dependent on arc, you really don't want to get arc-dodged.
Esssshhhh... that Daredevil card is too risky for me!
Honestly though i'd probably stick with elusiveness if i have kyle or kanan on board.
Yeah, its only 1 die, but its also a free focus.
I hadn't even considered Kanan and Daredevil interaction. Funzies.
Lone Wolf
If you want to use her & Finn's powerful ability, you need to keep your nose pointed the right way.
That means you want a high pilot skill and, ideally, repositioning ability.
The (new) Falcon title helps a lot with that.
I'd say either Veteran Instincts (because PS10 is amazing) or else consider Expert Handling. Barrel Roll is a powerful tool to 'shimmy' your arc a bit, and it lets you annoy Omega Leader at the same time.
I'd consider Daredevil but only if also packing an engine upgrade - at which point a 6 point investment starts to look a bit extreme.
Lightning Reflexes.
Just for laughs.
I think veteran instincts will be my go to, I quite like the sound of expert handling as well.
Part of me wants to try her with outmanuever (even if its a bit overcosted) just for those times when you manage to get behind someone with an S-loop, then hit them with a 3/4 dice attack with finn plus her native rerolls and -1 agility combo.
Predator.
Not far off having auto-target lock then
I would really recommend *Outmaneuver*

It's actually not a bad idea, especially if you're on a budget. Turning any manouver into a K-turn equivalent is awesome for a ship that thrives on having stuff in arc.
EDIT: If only it weren't small ship only that is

Why the APL's? She's really not much of a blocker given her PS.
I've been toying with the Smuggling compartment but I usually end up with having countermeasures. More or less ends up with her being more or less untouchable for a turn.

What about Expert Handling instead of Countermeasures to shed that Target Lock?
I played a couple games with a buddy this week and he was working out his Rey build.
Lone Wolf is nice but it can be tough to keep beyond range two of friendlies when you want you arc pointed at your targets. On most other turret ships you can just circle at range without trouble and Lone Wolf works well with that.
PtL is almost a necessity if you take Engine . The re-rolls are nice but you need a Focus for offence to push out consistent damage.
Crackshot is probably solid, you force people to spending extra tokens or risk taking extra damage; busting a Stealth Device or pushing through a critical is where it shines.
He also tried Veteran Instincts with Engine . It did help being able to move last but he had to use Engine a lot to get arc and then he was without a Focus token so his attacks were not as strong as the should have been.
Trickshot.
Target lock, trick shot, finn through a rock.
I dont really see Trickshot being used in arc very often unless you either deliberately faced a rock or you flew like a dummy.
Truth you get obstructed a fair bit but its almost NEVER intended, least for me it isnt. In fact every time i try to get obstructed, the line drawn just barely misses the rock. Kinda why i wish LOS was drawn from center base to center base for deciding if obstructed...its kinda hard to intentionally get obstructed sometimes.

very true, especially with people taking small rocks.
I usually take 2 large rocks and a large debris field. I may start choosing a bit differently for my obstacles soon... maybe the 3 largest obstacles period... or ones that have the largest point to point like the rebel transport debris.
Gonna see what it does with my Wedge/Poe/Jan list I love so much by putting it on Wedge instead of Adaptability.
