If you can figure out how to give Manaroo an evade, I would be on board.

Punishing One Title for Manaroo is just 12 points, simply kit her out to 50 points and let C do his magic, it becomes a fat turret with a broBot and great support. Should work ok, not sure if top tier, but certainly ok.
