Hey folks,

thinking about picking up Imp. Assault for my after school gaming club. I am wondering what are the favoured squad builders for this system.

Any tips for newbies. I am looking at some guides right now.

I've only seen one app, which you have to get through the Amazon store. Imperial Assault Army Designer

There is a website IA-armies.com that does it through the internet.

If there are others or better ones, I'd be interested as well to hear about them.

jediwars.com is also pretty decent, and you get pictures. But often not as updated as IA-armies.com.

The app on the first comment for me, I used to use ia-armies, and briefly used Jedi wars.

I still use ia-armies if I'm on lunch at work or something however by far my favourite is the android app, much easier to save and edit lists, ia-armies just doesn't work when you just want to change one or two cards as once you've written it that's it unless you start again

I actually looked into what I'd need to create one, but I don't have a Mac and am not willing to ghost one on my Windows machine, so I'm out of luck, it seems.

There are 2 Android apps now. Both are solid but the older one (that's not on the play store) has a worse UI but much better features.

The other one that's made by the Startactics (X-wing) guy, is clean and easy to use but lacks some features.

For PC/Web I prefer ia-armies.com

but it's a bit crappy to for saving lists.

I'm still hoping for someone to make a Netrunner.db version for Imperial Assault. Would be so nice to make lists and saving/editing lists as well as searching and filtering especially with the slew of Command Cards out now.
