Aren't those Nebulon-B's?
The Hammerhead is above the X-Wing on the right.
There are Nebulon Bs, Corellian Corvettes, GR-75 transports and Hammerhead corvettes. And I would say that thing right next to the second X-Wing is the bridge of a mon calamari ship or the bridge of a GR-75 upside down.
Whatever it is, clearly this trailer shows that the Rebellion was bigger than we thought right before the Battle of Yavin.
This may be the movie that makes me forgive Disney for TFA...
The trailers for the TFA were nice too...
Meh. Im going to continue my policy of not thinking too hard about Rogue One and trying to go into the theater with no expectations.
It worked fine for me with TFA.
First thing I had to do was pause at that fleet scene!

Why not take the 14th off? Come to Norway and watch it premiere early, like The Force Awakens did?

And some kind of space station that should definitely have an Armada model.

If I could I surely would
I wonder if they will do an editors cut to the point where disney re-wrote it because it was too much like a war movie?
The clue is in the series title guys!
It makes part of me really very happy that the Hammerhead, what is essentially a non canon Old Republic ship, has not only managed to claw its way back into the canon but is now going to be in a movie. I wonder if that slight twinge of nerd glee is the same some felt when they saw the Outrider in one of the movies, I don't remember if it was prequels or remastered OT.
I know the hammerheads just like the Corvettes probably got proliferated throughout the rebellion which is probably also much more centralized, but i'm curious if that fleet is the Pheonix Cell from Rebels? I have a feeling if they tie the series into the movies this is the one. I could swear they said at least one of the characters would appear in a movie and everyone thought at the time they meant TFA. Maybe they meant this one?

The reshoots were supposedly about character development not changing the tone. Even Dave Filoni mentioned recently and since the reshoots that Rebels is going to gradually have to become much darker to match the tone of Rogue One. So that tells me the movie is going to still be pretty dark.
Edited by ForrestoI'm going to see this and hope it's good. It can't be as bad as TFA? Surely?

Well, we do know this will have a death star in it, so there is that.
If you think TFA is the worst a movie can get...
Lord, Star Wars fanboys are so whiney. If you seriously think the TFA was bad, why the hell are you still here? Now quiet down while the rest of us drool over this trailer.

I love that they are bringing in ships from rebels, or rebels pre-emptivly brought in ships from Rogue One.
Also we know this battle will be the "first major victory" of the rebel alliance so I would be surprised if the rebellion didn't bring everything it's got including Phoenix fleet.
And finally whats up with all the TFA hate? It was a fine movie and exactly what it needed to be. Of course there were some plotholes but can you Identify a Star Wars movie without major plot holes?
TFA was pretty disappointing I thought. Rogue One looks much better.

Rogue One looks a lot better than TFA. That's why we are here.
Almost looks like a mk1 assault frigate above the xwing closest to the screen. But it's probably a Neb.
uugh Rogue One looks worse and worse the more I see it.
It's gone from it's original description "band of brothers in space" and " a Star Wars war film" to something that's had numerous re-writes and re-filming to appease the mouse and it's insatiable appetite for childrens murchandise.
Is it too much to ask for a Star Wars film marketed to adults? Ofcourse it is, because backpacks and lunchboxes make more money than ticket sales and blu-rays.
