I don't think so, but I think it would be GLORIOUS to turn the meta on it's ear right before Worlds.

It wouldn't run the meta upside down I am afraid. Might see a few more T-70s (Snapshot + R3-A2 Nunb), maybe some SFs, a few Reys.

eh i dont think hotr has any meta-altering stuff in it. Just a bunch of new quirks people have to be mindful of but not list build against.
