I was wondering if this is legit:

Shara Bey

Dutch with R5-K6 and torpedoes

Dutch spends his TL to fire a torpedo

R5-K6 activates (and rolls an evade)

Dutch gets a TL on his targets but can't use it now.

Shara gets a TL on Dutch's target.

Dutch uses Sharas TL to modify his roll.

It seems it should work. Or is there something I'm missing?

Looks like it works to me. Granted, you're gambling on an evade result.

Agreed. It's a big gamble to make it work. And if you fail to roll that evade, you should probably have a focus token ready as a back up plan.
