Looking at the dates, does this mean that it could actually be legal for World?

I have way too many builds that have been waiting on pieces from this to fly.
I was going to ask for HotR for Christmas, but it will be old by then. First world problem.

As I mentioned in another thread, this is the same date the FFG EC announced they'd be available.
