Probably wants a definition of "moves" - performs a maneuver? boosts? barrel rolls? SLAMs? decloaks?

Also, if it's a speed '1' maneuver, rather than a boost, what colour is it?

Finally, it's 'perform a speed 1 maneuver' not 'make' - perform a maneuver is a specific term with a defined meaning in the X-wing rules.

After a ship at range 1-3 executes a maneuver, if it is inside your firing arc, you may execute a white 1 straight maneuver.

That wording seems less ambiguous.
