I have one question for sighlines in Imperial Assault.

I put one photo in this post and is posible to explain me for that is not posible to shoot bantha and is posible to shoot Droid, me collegue say that is not the same terrain but i think is the same is a blocked terrain is correct?

The bantha can see both other figures.

The other figures cannot see the bantha.

The reason is the bantha is hidden behind the wall in the middle of hte cantina, so they cannot see 2 corners of the bantha.

However, from the top left corner of the bantha, it can draw lines to several corners of the opposing figures.

You can draw line of sight INTO a blocked terrain space, but not through it.

As DTDanix says, the Bantha's top left corner can draw two non-intersecting lines to two adjacent corners of both target spaces. (Top corners of the HK, right corners, bottom corners, or left corners for the Probe Droid.)

Also the left bottom corner of the Bantha can draw line of sight to the Probe Droid, but not to the HK.

If the Probe Droid were one space left, there would not be line of sight (the blocking space stops line of sight) from the top left corner of the Bantha (but would be from the bottom left corner).

If the Bantha were one space right, there would not be line of sight (drawn lines would overlap).

The Bantha is not occupying a blocked terrain space, it is separated by a blocking terrain edge, which blocks line of sight.

I think DTDanix has it right.

It's possible you thought your Probe Droid was elevated from blocking terrain to see over the blocking terrain (wall?) hiding the Bantha.

Albert, this "If the Probe Droid were one space left, there would not be line of sight (the blocking space stops line of sight)." doesn't make sense unless you're only talking about the top left bantha corner.

The bantha still has line of sight to the probe droid from the bottom left corner.

Yup, noticed the bottom corner later.
