We've been chased by Star Spawn, we've had parts of the mansion disappear, we were surrounded by Deep Ones, we killed the bad guy, and in one particularly embarrassing situation we decided to concentrate on the ritual and got to the point we had to leave the mansion with the evidence, and kept failing the evade check against the cultist... talk about butterfingers! After a couple rounds of constantly dropping the evidence on the floor in an attempt to escape, we decided to admit defeat, purely because it had gotten too late at night to change our tactic.
