Looking for critique on build, and idea for 2nd build......My List 1:
Darth Vader w/adaptability, title, adv targetting computer and engine upgrade
Vessery w/title, twin ion, veteran instincts
Inquisitor w/ ptl, autothrusters and title........
Thoughts......
Not sure the point of the link, this build is 100 points.....they are all 8s, if i need them to be and vader can be a 10 so vessery can shoot 1st and use the lock before the others shoot......maybe i should say tie x7 vs title...... the one everyone uses on defenders......
Vessery is a bigger threat with TIE/D and Tractor Beam, and pairs well with Omega Leader, who typically does not spend his Target Lock. This gives Vessery a consistent Red TL token for an ability trigger. I like the point you made about Vader with Adaptability; I'll try that sometime. Typically I go with Lone Wolf on Vader when I use ATC; otherwise VI and Accuracy Corrector.
For a second list, I think the prevailing wisdom in the Hangar format is to have two lists that utilize different mechanics. So if list 1 is Aces, then list 2 should be anything but aces. TLT Y's is a solid second list.
Would a decimator ace list work? Or triple scouts or dengaroo? Honestly ideally I would like to pick a list that force opponents to pick a list that does not fair well against the ace build......
I know some Hangar events require your lists to be different factions; so a Decimator list wouldn't be an option if your other list is Imperial. Build two different lists you can fly effectively. Don't build a Jumpmaster list unless you actually want to fly one. I'm not going to even attempt to help you decide which list will push opponents into making a choice that favors your aces. There are too many variables, Even if you think you imagined every scenario; the human factor can smash your carefully laid plans to embarassing little bits. Good luck.
It is a good point on forcing them although, it really is ideal, the lists can be from the same faction.....i have debated an asaaj list and/or decimator/ace..... thoughts.....
