So I was planning on getting the starters and a couple of boosters but was wondering if anyone knew if I could find the cards from the starters in the packs. Or if it's more like dicemasters.

Some of the cards in the starter packs will be in the boosters, as they are a mix of the rarities.

For completionists, they will need to buy two of each starter and a bunch of boosters.

Some of the cards/die will be exclusive to the starters (such as Rey, Finn and Kylo) but others can be found in booster packs.

If the card/dice has a gray rarity icon, then it can only be found in the starter decks.

That said a lot of cards in the starters are common to both so if you get one of each you'll already have a playset.

Is it confirmed if there is 1 or 2 Finn dice coming in the starter set? I would hate being forced to buy a second starter set if I want to play with an elite Finn.

It is confirmed 1 die for Finn in the starter.
