I am using Oggdude's character generator and adding Dedication in a talent tree. However, I do not see where you go to adjust your characteristic up by one to go with it. If I adjust the characteristic up by one on the Characteristics page it charges me a bunch of pts that it shouldn't. I do not see anywhere where when you choose Dedication you can tell it which Characteristic you are increasing.

When you select the talent in the tree, it should have a pop up box that allows you to select which characteristic you want.

I am not getting a popup box at all. I select the talent and it simply deducts the xp and that is all that happens.

I changed it back and saved. Then a exited the program and restarted. I then made the selection over again and finally got the popup box. Weird!

Ok. something crazy is going on with my generator. First I could not get the popup to work. Then I finally get it to work and choose Intellect. This moved my Intellect to 5. I then printed my character and it still has me at Intellect 4.

Who pissed in your cheerios? And to be frank, the generator technically should give you the popup box to select the stat you are increasing as soon as you select the Dedication talent.

First off, my comment about what is wrong with it was NOT a criticism of the guy who made the program or really even the program itself. I was trying to figure out wth had suddenly happened to where it quit working. It had worked very well up to that point.
