Right now, I own the 2nd edition MOM, and I have access to the 1st edition stuff. If I get the two Figure & Tile collections for 2nd edition on top of that, is there any point to having the app know I have all of it? Like, should I just keep the 1st edition stuff enabled, or should I disable them?
Figure & Tile Collections AND 1st Edition stuff together?

It won't matter either way. You could enable everything, or just the 1E stuff, or just the 2E stuff, and the results would be the same. Your choice! (I'd personally just check everything).
One question, though... if you already have all the 1E stuff, why buy the figure and tile packs? Are you just looking for the updated tiles or something?
Figure and tile collections are for people who DO NOT OWN 1st Edition Base Game and Expansions.
Or for those that want to keep their first edition intact but still used it before these expansions came out.
