Developing an Empire list in the activation meta.

I have been experimenting with various lists and have found each to be lacking something, whether it is activation count, deployment count, speed, squadron cover etc. The Empire seems to suck up points and still have a significant weakness that an opponent can exploit.

My latest iteration is below and addresses each aspect as best I can in 400 points.

Faction: Galactic Empire
Points: 399/400

I have not run not many fleets with more than four ships in it out in my area, but here is a list I want to try out.

I think that is key to the game being good. Bomber lists, anti-squadron lists, Whale lists, swarm lists... they each have strengths and weaknesses and you have to choose one.

In general, Imperials should lack ship count to rebels. I think this helps the rebels counter their powerful firing arcs.
