Mindlink is a bit odd, but reliable focuses.

Fun little cloaking trick with guri, and even with lower PS shes pretty survivable (even uncloaked)

Ive run the scum cloaking device before and it can have its moments. However, because it definitely breaks I don't think i'd double down with the stygium part. That's throwing good points/slot after questionable points. Stick w/thrusters (or chips if you really want the ordinance shot you seem to be trying to set up).

Rest of the list could be decent. In the right matchups guri is amazing.

Totally see what youre saying about the scum cloaking device. Just trying to cloak and decloak in same turn with advanced sensors so get move and evade, but dont have to roll the possible loss of cloaking device.

I like it. Been having great fun with various PS5 mindlink lists. I'd personally swop the stygium for autothrusters, although your cloakdecloak idea is sound. And don't forget chips on Kaa'to.
