Thoughts on a tech upgrade for T-70's to reflect the retractable laser on Poe's T-70?

I agree, but did not know were to go with the idea so I threw it against the wall to see what others came up with.

You can enable with your own upgrades

Such as rigged cargo or asajj if you count named pilots as "upgrades"

Hot Shot Blaster pretty much represents the retractable gun in game already. Shame it's scum only.

Not any more it's not. Smuggling Compartments and Sabine's Masterpiece will soon bring Illicit slots to Rebels. Not sure "Hot Shot" is something you'd put on a large ship like the YTs or the Rebel TIE though.

Black Leader should have read:

You may equip one turret upgrade costing two or less squad points. You may not equip this card if your pilot skill is 7 or lower.

I do like this card, the only issue I have with it is that ships like the TIE/sf will get 3 attacks per round, with Quickdraw getting a possible 5....

To be fair, the only thing scared of multiple attacks from one source are things with 1 agi. any more than that and you should see enough evades to dodge unmodified attack dice.

Ships with 1 Agi have already been phased out of this game. Why would this card not get mods? There is Predator, Lone Wolf just to name 2 EPT's off the top of my head. There needs to be a way to bring back ships like the B Wing, not another reason to phase them out.

No, not a nerf. Just cringed through Ep. VII again and thought that something taking up that significant of a portion of a T70's fuselage should be a candidate for a tech upgrade. Based on the later ground attack by a squadron of T70's and it's lack of use tells me it wasn't that effective of a ground attack weapon. Ergo, why have a small turreted weapon on something? Point defense is where I went.

when defending, if the attacker rolls 4 or more attack dice, add 1 evade results.
