If I got a biggs who threw a tractor token at the enemy before they move, causing them to bump him, then gave them another, then forced him to kill Biggs without that ship's help or both tokens would remain in place...

I would use that biggs.

Regarding "A Debt to Pay," squinting at the card and the condition reference indicates that it lets you change a focus to a crit when attacking the ship with the condition, but will likely also give the ship with the condition a modifier of their own.

Well it's already hilarious just based on Unkar's ability. With that EMP looking thing in the Stolen TIE you could Ion them too, stress them with Ventress and then just drop the mic and walk away
