Been waiting a couple weeks for this to get here and Natalia didn't disappoint. She is an amazing and gifted artist and did this for my daughter for her upcoming birthday in November. I was contemplating trying to paint up something like my Lambda as Twilight for my daughter but now I might have to contact this Natalia/Blue Frog Miniatures (though my wallet is trembling in fear).

She is reasonable. I paid her extra because she was patient and I felt her work was good. She paints miniatures as a full time job now. Hopefully she will chime in.

Wow, that rainbow gradient is amazing!

I'd say it's either 1,000 blended layers or airbrush (most likely - the Phantom's base kinda gives it away) but either way that is some skill right there and well worth whatever she charges I'd expect.

I am using an airbrush (mainly for bigger surfaces), it allows me to work faster and get really nice blending and gradient effects - painting this with only the brush would be very time consuming (and, well, very hard to achieve ). I like to paint smaller parts with the brush (like window tints).

Most colorful repaints are my favorite, I always enjoy painting MLP themed ships very much
