In the Encouner rules it mentions the Overlord may use Threat to enhance monster movement and add power dice similar to characters. Does this apply in dungeons as well?
Does the 50 coin bounty for master monsters mentioned in the core rules still apply during encounters and dungeons in RTL?

If you have multiple questions it is a good idea to number them.
1. No. You answered your own question. This rule is for Encounters (pg14).
2. Yes (as long as they are unnamed). Basic Descent rules that are not overwritten (and this one is not) or replaced by RtL rules are still in force. (pg5)
