From my experience Miranda is, hands down, the best wingman for Biggs and Braylen. Homing Missiles gives her power of Corran and Wes in one attack ( lot of dice and negating of token use). Give her Extra Munitions and she will have two insanely strong attacks - also in meta with Defenders turrets are really good.

As much as I want to run Norra, I have a really hard time justifying using her when Miranda gives me a significantly better chance of doing something like wiping Howlrunner off the board before the rest of the swarm gets to fire or knocking a Stealth Device off on the first attack. Norra's definitely beastly in the last game if you can get her 1v1 against someone, though.

I used to think R2D2 was better on poe, for consistensy, but with pattern analyzer, R5P9 becomes a beast, because you can perform actions even if you perform K-turns og talon roll, giving you the all important focus.
I would suggest this build: Poe is regenerating, but also has preadator for the rerolls. If you drop gunner for tactician, you could go for PS bid and PS9 on poe, but I don't know whats better

depends on how much dengaroo you run into

reacquiring LRS target-lock after countermeasures is a rage inducing experience, whereas norra just reacquires the TL the next turn and then shreds dengar with tailgunner

Norra is also tankier, and cheaper (do love VTs on Braylen; the assistance they provide on approach really opens up your game and they can come in clutch if he remembers he has a pilot ability)

both Miranda and Norra have their pros and cons

Scum is vanishingly rare in my local meta. The only Scum list I've seen in the past few months (other than the one I won a tournament with) is two missile boats with a party bus.
