Hi,

this one's for 3ed. designers - sometimes doubts appear, when certain situations are not covered by the game rules. Do you have a general rule for such doubts? What I mean is,did during designing of the game you assumed that everything that is not clearly defined by the rules is legal or quite the opposite - forbidden?
